EV POWER PREMIER WOMEN'S FINAL


For the first time since 1994, Sydenham have claimed the EV Power Premier Women’s one-day title in a tense finish at St Albans Park.

Lancaster Park scored 136/10 with Charlotte Craighead top scoring and Emma McLeod, Beth Dodd and Player of the Match Felicity Robertson the best of the Sydenham bowlers.

In reply Sydenham got off to a solid start but regular wickets kept Lancaster Park in the hunt right until the end, but it was Sydenham who prevailed by 3 wickets.

Dodd and Robertson were top scorers while Frankie Mackay, Sarah Asmussen and Katie Midwood were the pick of the Lancaster Park bowlers.
