The St Albans Cricket Club is one of the largest female cricket clubs in NZ with 120 females registered to play cricket across 10 teams.

The club are looking for a motivated coach to lead the Premier team.  The position will be supported by former players and a team manager who is already in place. 

The role is primarily responsible for the development of women’s premier players and will encompass the following:

1. Attendance at Premier games

2. Organisation and management of team practice, one night per week and an additional night of small group practice with our Premier reserve and U16 women’s coach.  

3. Selection of the team

4. Mentoring the players.

5. 1:1 player coaching as and when required.

6. Mentoring junior coaches (2 hours per month for 6 months)

7. This role will be for 7 months of the year, 1st Sept 2022 to 31st March 2023.
